Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards, we also accept pay pal, direct bank transfer and cheques.
Please note we do not store any customers financial details or payment card details.
Shipping
All furniture items are made to order,
Furniture items are custom made and despatched via a courier in 8 weeks. Delivery charges are: Wardrobe £75, drawers and beds £45, bedside cabinets £6.
delivery to highlands will incur an extra charge, quotes available on request.
When the order is complete we will specify a delivery date, due to the complexity of deliveries we are unable to give a chosen date for delivery. Once we have booked a delivery date that's agreed with the customer we confirm with the courier and give written confirmation to the customer, if the delivery date has to be changed for any reason after confirmation the customer will loose the payment made for the delivery and incur the cost for re-delivery. All small items are custom made and delivered via a courier in 4 weeks maximum. Delivery charges are £6 for larger items, £3.50 for medium items and £1.00 for small items. Orders sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery are subject to Royal Mail terms. Parcels are not considered lost/ missing by the Royal Mail until 15 days after the sending date. We are therefore unable to resend or refund for orders lost in transit until 15 days after the order sending date. Tracking information is available upon request.
Returns
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not please return it to us within 14 days and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase. We cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost on their way to us. If returning a product to us please retain proof of posting.
