By placing an order with Fairbourn Children’s Furniture the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions
DELIVERY CHARGES

DISPATCH TIME
All items are made to order, we aim to have non furniture orders ready for dispatch within 3 weeks and 8 weeks for furniture items. If there is likely to be a delay we always do our best to give you an accurate estimated delivery date. Orders are processed once a deposit is paid, orders of furniture cannot be started until the deposit is received.

DAMAGES AND RETURNS
Please contact Fairbourn Children’s Furniture within 48 hours of delivery should you receive any damaged faulty or incorrect goods. Upon delivery of furniture you will be asked to sign the delivery form stating that goods are received in good condition.
TRADE DESCRIPTION
We make every effort to ensure that our photography and product descriptions are accurate however slight variations in colour, and size may occur due to the nature of production. Please also note that every item is hand finished which results in a varied paint finish, we also use natural wood on our items which has natural irregularity, all items have a distressed finish to the wood to enhance the item. All furniture must be assembled as per the instructions we cannot take responsibility for any issues if instructions are not adhered to.
CARING FOR YOUR PURCHASE
All furniture items are hand made in natural wood and as with all natural products care must be taken to keep them in their original condition, avoid direct sunlight excessive heat and humidity. Clean with a damp cloth, do not use abrasive cleaners as this will wear the paint finish. Some minor shrinkage may sometimes occur. These natural irregularities in pine enhance its overall uniqueness. Our small items are made from natural wood, care should be taken when handling the delicate pieces in our range, especially the wooden names which will break if dropped, care should be taken when positioning the items making sure they are secure to make sure breakages are avoided.
FURNITURE SAFETY
We make our furniture from solid wood and all component pieces are from solid material. Fairbourn can accept no responsibility for accidents occurring from misuse of the furniture, all care should be taken when positioning furniture and ensuring it is being used as intended, items should be assembled as per the instructions given, Fairbourn cannot be held responsible for any accidents occurring from items that have not been assembled correctly.
